In addition to other events planned for the day in Ashland, the Southern Oregon Pride Festival Vendors will be located within the parking lot just outside of Lithia Park's Butler Bandshell. The event will occur on Saturday, Oct 4th, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We estimate public attendance at around 500 to 1000 people.
Any individual or organization that shares our values of diversity and inclusiveness is welcome to celebrate with an information and/or vendor booth at the Festival. Booth set-up will start at 8 a.m., and break down will start at 1 p.m. If these times change, an email will be sent. Electricity will NOT be provided.
The organizers will assign booth spaces that are at least 8 feet by 8 feet. Only food trucks need permits. All vendors are responsible for disposing of their recycling, trash, and grey water. No grey water can be disposed of at the location.

Applications for a booth space will be reviewed after August 8. Once approved, a payment link will be set. Booth space is confirmed only once payment is received.
For local non-profit organizations, LGBTQIA+/BIPOC-owned businesses, and independent artists/artisans, if cost is a barrier to participation as a vendor or parade entry, please email SouthernOregonPride@gmail.com. We want to make this event accessible to all who wish to participate. The deadline for receipt of both the booth application and fee is Saturday, August 30, 2025. We will not accept payment after this date. All fee payments are non-refundable.
