Thank you for being so interested in performing in the 2025 SOPride Festival!
Please review and complete this application to assemble the most fabulous celebration for our afternoon in the park. We will review all applications and contact the best selection for 2025 Pride! This document also serves as a liability waiver, which the city requires.
Date of the event: Saturday, Oct 4th, 2025; 10:00 AM Parade, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Festival at the Bandshell
If you need to drop items at the stage before the parade, we will start setting up at the Lithia Park Butler Bandshell at 7:30 a.m. If you're part of the parade, at 10 a.m., we will march down Siskiyou Blvd to the Bandshell at Lithia Park. (A separate Parade Application is required if you want to march with us, so look for that!) Entertainment will begin at 11 a.m. Please keep an eye on your email for confirmation and additional information!
Please note that each performer or group will receive a small honorarium as a token of our appreciation. We will have volunteers circulating to collect tips during each performance.

RULES GOVERNING TALENT
To ensure reasonable safety to life and property during performances at the bandshell:
All materials used in construction, decoration, etc., must be flame-retardant. Firearms, fireworks, and explosive devices are also prohibited, and violators will be prosecuted. Materials such as straw or hay must also be treated.
Performers will take any and all safety precautions necessary to prevent harm to themselves, the audience, the stage, the bandshell, and the surrounding area.
You or your party must clean up any residual materials from your act before the next act, and there must be absolutely no glitter.
BE AWARE that there will be cords and sound equipment on stage.
The throwing of objects or substances into the audience is prohibited. Candy, balloons, tees, or other small items may only be dropped in front of individuals.
We reserve the right to modify any part of this waiver and will provide you with a link to the new version prior to your performance.
