Celebrate Pride and support local businesses!
Event details:
The Pride Crawl event is actually a new addition to SOPride. We’re teaming up with local restaurants and bars to create a Pride-themed restaurant/bar hopping experience starting on First Friday and ending that Sunday! We want to create a safe environment for LGBTQIA+ folx and our allies and accomplices to go out, have fun and support our local businesses that are celebrating pride!!
What we’re doing for the Pride Crawl:
- Check out the Pride Crawl map which highlights the various participating establishments and highlight their pride offerings!
- Participating businesses in the SOPRide Crawl are all having Pride-themed events (music, bands, karaoke, drag shows, cabaret, etc.) over Pride weekend!
- The ones marked with a progressive pride flag are also donating to SOPride! So be sure to check those out!!
Street Closures
From 10 am to 12:30 pm:
- Union St will be blocked off from Union St & Siskiyou Blvd to Union St & Allison St (the parade staging area)
- Siskiyou Blvd will be blocked off from Siskiyou Blvd & Union St to N Main St & Water Street (the parade route)
From 9 am to 5 pm:
- Winburn Way will be blocked off at Winburn Way & Nutley St and Winburn Way & Granite St. (by the duckpond)
